A Meat Loaf Pan for Your Family Recipe
When I was a kid, my grandmother would often stay with us over the weekends and holidays. She was a lot of fun and we loved having her in our home. She was also a great cook. She made the most amazing pot roasts and stews, homemade soups like chicken noodle and split pea – you name it, she could make it. One of our favorite Sunday dinners she made was her special meatloaf. I recently bought a great meat loaf pan that I just know she would have loved.
My grandmother has really been my inspiration for cooking. Her meals always had their own unique flavor that I try to replicate. I’ve made meat loaf quite a few times in my new pan and have been happily surprised with the results. The pan cooks the meat to just the right consistency, moist and tasty on the inside and with a nice golden outside. My grandmother didn’t keep a lot of written recipes and we never did find my grandmother’s meatloaf recipe. Having helped her make the dish many times, I’ve been able to remember most of the ingredients and my family says my recipe is now as tasty as grandma’s. When it comes to cooking a good meal, it sure helps to have the right ingredients and the right baking pans.
