When I was a kid, my grandmother would often stay with us over the weekends and holidays. She was a lot of fun and we loved having her in our home. She was also a great cook. She made the most amazing pot roasts and stews, homemade soups like chicken noodle and split pea – you name it, she could make it. One of our favorite Sunday dinners she made was her special meatloaf. I recently bought a great meat loaf pan that I just know she would have loved. Read the rest of this entry »
